Shipping charges include transit costs only. Import duties, taxes, customs brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by carriers are the responsibility of the recipient.

Prior authorization from ARC is required before a shipment can be returned. Full credit or refund is issued within 30 days of receipt in cases where a shipment was incorrectly filled, damaged, or did not meet specifications as described in the technical data sheet.
